Transaction Listing Report not Printing

To anyone who can help,

We are running Sage Accpac ERP 5.4. We have multiple users on a network running the software. We are also running multiple companies. Out of 3 users, I have 2 users who cannot print the transaction listing report in one of the three companies only. In the other companies it works fine. And with one of the users everything works fine.

The error I get is:

Sage Accpac UI Container has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry fo the inconcenience.

It gives me an option to debug or close.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Service packs?
Programs local (bad idea) or network?
Database? Have you recreated the DSNs?

All this was working last week fine and has been working for weeks. Nothing changed, but as of last week 2 users could not print that specific report. Programs are all network.

Try deleting the _P.ISM file for that user and company.

Tried deleting the files, but that had no effect.

Any other ideas?

Nothing changed". Well, something did, could be MS updates. Try re-running workstation setup and re-installing Pervasive.
