If you have any experience in C or C++, as well as object-oriented design, then learning C# will be a breeze.
The much harder task is learning the .NET Framework. There is a *ton* of stuff in there.
I found a good starter for me was O'Reilly's C# in a Nutshell (has what looks like an Egret on the cover). It's mostly a reference book, but it does have several chapters on the C# language.
