Hi all, i'm a lowly tech support engineer at my company and have had a mini feasability study dumped on me, never really done one before so i'm reaching out to the dezizens of the internet for help.

We have an offshore Indian office and we want to see about doing remote desktop sharing sessions in order to train staff, we will be using skype to communicate verbally but we need to provide desktop sharing from 1 desktop to roughly 10 users, has anyone here had to setup a similar system or do you know any software that can be used for this purpose.

Thanks in advance

There are lots of connection/communication tools available.
I have used Webex, GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Live Meeting.

Generally, GoToMeeting is my favorite as a participant.

I use LogMeIn Pro regularly, but that is limited to one user.

Most remote access software vendors offer some kind of free trial, either one-to-one or for a group. It is important to use the software for a meeting so you can see what tools are included and how it works for your purpose.

Some remote meeting software programs send audio as well as video via internet, but then all users must have speakers and microphone.
