Your vendor should provide this. You're going to go through a culture change. I know the ongoing operating cost (for Nortel) is lower, but you will lose some efficiencies of the Aspect.
They would but we like to customize our own and will be doing our own training. I'm looking for documents that others created as part of their on-going agent training.
