Training CD's or books for MSCE...recommendations?

Hi,

I want to get MCSE and does anyone have any recommendations (or opinion) for good training CD's for MCSE. Is it better to get books to study MCSE or purchase a training CD's (employer will paying either)?

I appreciate any opinions/recommendations.

about myself, I recommend Books. i'm now studying for MCSE and using (MCSE study guide from "syngress / osborne / Globalknowledge&quot and it works.
now i have passed 4 exams in Win2k track and it's OK, these books help me to get prepared for the exams and also as source for my knowledge.
