Traffis Study 1

Call me "stu...", I have been trying to setup traffic study on ld 2 and can't get the syntex working
sshc.
I want to do the study on 2 T1 for next 3 or 4 day (Daily hourly report) if possible for all incoming and out going calls. I can create capture file under Huper-Terminal.
Can soemone help me set this up please.

Working with Customer commands in LD 2
TSHC 0 (space) not enter Tell ScHedule Customer 0
SSHC 0 (space) xx xx -- sd sm ed em
xx xx x -- sh eh o
x x x x x x x -- days of the week

Example:
TSHC 0 01 01 31 12 1st day of January thru 31st of Dec.
00 23 1 Midnight to 11 PM Hourly report on the hour
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Days of the week

TOPC 0 space 1 2 3 4 5 7 8 11 Reports to run
SOPC 0 space 1 2 3 4 5 7 8 11 -- add more reports
COPC 0 space 1 2 3 4 5 7 8 11 -- enter reports to delete

System reports are the same only easier.
TSHS do not have press enter, but no harm done if you do.

One more thing that affects entries in LD 2.
You may want to turn off Line Editing which allows you to backspace when you make an error in typing.
Exit LD 2 with ****
> LOF Line editing OFF
> LON Line editing ON
With line editing on the switch will not take your inputs until you hit enter. You can test with TTAD. Tell Time And Date.
When making changes in LD 2, it is easier with editing off.

Any sample of the report that I can see?

My company is asking us to have some kind of usage reports from the PBX/Callpilot. We do not have any add-on applications.

Any report would be useful.

Your ILEC-CLEC provider should also be able to provide raw data form the OM Show registers if they are using a DMS platform. Ask for the raw data by the hour including NOVFLATB for blockage. INCATOT (outbound from CPE), NATTMPT (inbound to the CPE) will give you your peg counts, TOTU will give oyu the CCS durations, that being centium call seconds that you can convert to minutes by TOTUx100/60. With the raw data you can look for the busiest hour over the duration and use a ErlangB calculator to estimate b channel requirements.

You can "cipher" them with these...nothing automatic, just a converter

It's not useless it gives you alot of info if you take the time to do it. GHTROUT's Converter work's great, I remember back in the 80's when i use to do a weeks worth of reports by hand.
