TRAFFIC STUDY SOFTWARE?????

Is anyone familiar with a software that can generate graphical user friendly traffic studies? It would be very helpful, thanks.

I think Nortel makes an add-on for MAT called Call Accounting that does this. Never seen it though.

As I recall, it was somewhere in the $4,000 range when I priced it a year ago to track 300 sets. Monkeylizard

Nortel has a Call Accounting program and it's an add-on to the Matt(Usually the add-on is called MDR). Nortel has recently introduced MATT 6.7 and this is the final release. There will be know further upgrades. They are now selling Optivity. I am about to upgrade to Matt 6.7. I don't like the Matt to well. I have about 1200 customers and the program is to basic for me. Actually it just didn't suit my needs.
I also have Optivity that I will be trying out. It has a tree like structure for drill down capabilities. Network or web based reporting. Can let key personnel log into system and generate reports for there departments, teams, individuals. There are other functions but not sure how well it works. I guess I will see!
There are a few other firms that sell a call accounting program. Telenomics, Telemate, and others. just do a search on the web. They all seem to be about the same price. Just need to find the one that fits your need. As far as the pricing goes that I will to the salesmen/women.
