Traffic report-Tracking

I have 3 800 numbers ringing to 3 seperate group via MCR keys on all phones. People are reporting RNA. I found no problem. Is there a way to continually monitor calls comming in and where/what their current status is?
Call Flow: 800#-DN7XXX-(B/NA)-2xxx. Is there a way to monitor and pull reports that show trk-sta-sta?

i would forward no answer that number to a manager, rna is usually because the mcr lets everyone wait for someone else to answer.. not a software issue.. you can do an entc in ld 80 and monitor the marped set for up to 24 hours and see every call sent to the mcr

Thanks John, the number FNA to the receptionist. But if nobody answers then it is gone. I am trying to determin Who is not answering. is there anyway to pull this info from the system without constantly monitoring it? I am about 70 mile from the place and do not want to keep a remote session that long.
