Traffic Redirection

Is there a way to send specific traffic from one proxy to another. Here is the scenario.

Host-A connect to Proxy A

Proxy A is connected to a firewall blocking certains sites.

Proxy B has no restrictions.

I want Host-A to sent a request to a specific site to Proxy A, Once received by Proxy A it will then forward the request to Proxy B. This will allow access to that specific website/connection.

Is this doable?
