traffic monitor

Hello group& experts,

Kindly help me in this I have rehat linux 7.3 on which 1 ethernet card is present.On that Ethernet Three network are defined
1)202.78.168.26 /24
2)202.78.164.3 /24
3)202.78.173.1/24

How can i moniter traffic on each ip seprately from snmp mrtg is making graph on eth0 only how can i get three different grafh.Plz help me
