Traffic check on Extension

I have a problem with wanting to set up a second traffic check. This would be on an extension in a Lim that I have one already running. The first is on an ADN the second is to be on a DBC 201 digital phone. Any ideas ? I am running BC10, 3 Lims no traffic meas in other Lims DNA~1APP I think ver 4.1 Many thanks

There can only be one extension per LIM in traffic measusrement. If you want to measure two extensions you have to state them in different LIM's. Maybee you can move the second extension to another LIM.

If you want to see information for a specific extension, the information in traffic maesurement is little. We normally use the call accounting application, logging not only the external traffic, but also the internal traffic for measurement on extension. The application we use is TABS.

Thanks MDuser I tried shifting one to be an analog extension in one othe other Lims and setting it as a ADN on a digital phone in the same area this worked. Till I then started traffic measurement up on the other extension but the first stopped recording data. I do have TABS so will check that for incomming calls next week to see what is happening, if I get time I may dial in to the switch over the weekend. Thanks
