Trading Application ADN Key unable to delete ;-(

Hi,

I have Trading Application on a BC10 CNI143.

Has anyone any ideas of how I go about deleting a Dealer Key with command DKKEE when the response is "NOT ACCEPTED KEY 042 IS BUSY" when the key is not busy. Any Ideas?

That may be a master key with multi representation. try dkmke:mdn=xxx,dir=all;
then try to delete master key using DKKEE...

Well we have a bc 9 system with 60 ctt10 positions and every time this happens we have to call CEMEA.
They log on and fix problem. I think problem is with some hunging records.

We had this problem last week. The solution is as follows:
Restart the following program unit: DKP1M (RFPUI:UNIT=DKP1M, LIM=X
Watch out!!!! This will cause that all the Phones will be logged out!
If the above doesn't give a sollution, you will have to restart the complete PBX: RFEXI;
