Tracking Transfers in CDR?

We want to be able to tell the differnce from a call that is transfered instead of a new call. Right now, we are seeing a condition code 7 for both call types.

Example: Customer A calls into center, we speak with customer, then transfer off to a TFN.
or
Agent B needs to call customer B back.

Both of these calls show as cond. code 7 in CDR. Is there some way to tell the difference between a transfered call, and a "new" call?
