Tracking read mail

Can you track all the Notes users that have read an email? If yes, please explain.

I am not aware of anything (apart from a return receipt) which can tell you whether a user has actually read a mail. You can check the users mail file to see if they have received it though. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

You will have to write a global agent which will run when document is read and action will be post a mail to you By doing so you will get as many mail all the users has read. Now you can count all the mail in your mail file. This work around may be work for you.

In R5 you can set up Message Tracking Collector
It also stores if a user has read a certain mail or not... Peter Van Eeckhoutte
