Hi there - Notes v.4.6.3

I have a client that is sending multiple Emails to an external (Internet) email address. Now of the 4-5 sent, only 1 has actually been recieved.

My question is, can I track these Emails, and make sure they make it to their destination, or at least off of my network here? and do not seem to have sufficient information on this.

I am fairly green when it comes to Notes, and I am sure this is something easy, but I'll be darned if I just can't find it!
Thank you very much

Maybe I'm thinking too simple, but did you take a look at the delivery options when composing a new email?

There you'll find some possibilities to make sure if your email has arrived or even been read by that person.
See: new memo --> delivery options --> delivery report --> trace entire path, or confirm delivery

Hopes this helps you out.

Grtz

Hey, Great!
That helps a lot, but I'm still curious if, once email is sent (without any of the tracking options on the client side enabled), can i see this email leave from the Notes Server?

Thanks Much.

Look at your server logs. You might need to update the server's configuration to turn up logging so its more verbose. Look in your NAB's Server\Configurations view. Create/edit a document for servers that route mail. You'd be surprised the volume of information you can get.

I've done more R5 deployments than I care to think about.
