I have Modular ICS 4.0 I would like to know if it is possible to track outgoing calls for each extenstion.
And then print some kind of report.

Sure, you can install an SMDR unit on it. (Station Message Detail Recording)
You can then send the data collected to a Hyperterminal or other comm. session of your choice for viewing, or purchase Call Accounting software if you need nice fancy compiled reports.

And, how did you get the star for posting your question.
I guess it is a real good question.

please tell me more about this call account software please.

I use MicroCall for call tracking .. but it pretty simple all u do is hook up a SMDR to a station port on the KSU and then dump the info. from the SMDR to your call acounting software (usually a PC located onsite) then u can run reports and just about anything else u want to do

Like I said the one I use is called MicroCall by Micro Tel
If youd like there Phone # email me

I think RSI offers 2 flavors of call accounting:

Basic - simple to use version is called Revolution Call Accounting.

Deluxe - more robust reporting and analysis toold called Shadow Voice & Data Management call accounting system.
