Tracking of outgoing cals on analog lines on IPO

Customer wants to track dialed numbers. I have Delta Server running, but have no track of dialed numbers over analog lines. Also, no number or part of dialed number is displayed on Call Status. Have anyone had this kind of problems? What should I do to resolve it?

This is often caused by incorrectly setup dial shortcodes. Are you using secondary dialtone, or ? for dialing out? Post exactly what shortcodes you're using to access the PSTN and we can probably fix you up pretty quick.

I'm using short code 0N, tel. number N,line group 0. No secondary dial tone.

That's the problem. You either need to go to secondary dialtone or ?/./Dial method. Why are you using 0 as your dialout code? I would assume you're in europe except your dropping the 0 by using N as your telephone number. Just curious. Try this:

SC: 0
TN: .
F: SecondaryDialTone

SC: [0]N;
TN: N
LG: 0
F: Dial
