Tracking (list trace or otherwise) an unknown number in CM

Greetings:

I'm stumped in trying to find a phone number in my CM 6.3 system.

This number does not show up when I use 'list trace.' If I try to add the phone, the system tells me the number is previously assigned. List uniform dialplan does not show the number. it does not show up in 'display aar analysis location 1 x (x being the first digit of my station numbering plan). I've tried a 'list trace' on a nearby working phone and I dialed the number but it does not show up in trace. And dialing the number gets reorder dialtone.

Any thoughts?

list usage extension xxxx

There are a bunch of other list usage commands also. If you type list usage and then click on Help ASA will show you the whole lot.
