we have multiple domino server and multiple administrator work on this servers we use agent to reset user preferences
1- open user mail file
2- compose new mail
3- hotspot
4- run code
5- reset user preferences

my question such action like that is it record that i can know which admin do this action.
by another way is there any way i can track changes that occur in mail.nsf file

In the Domino administrator program, from the Files tab right-click on the mail database in question and select properties.

Select the Info ("I") tab and press the User Detail button.

Is that the data you're looking for?

first of all thanks for your replay

but this is not what i ask for because it will get only user activites so if i have multiple admin i wouldn't know who specifically reset user preferences
