We have a Definity One switch running software version G3V7c. Looking to find out if there is a report that can be run to show how many times all of the lines are busy in a day.

Also would like to know if there is a way to setup some kind of alert for this.

If u have a 301 attendant console, there is a little lite on the upper left that will light up when the trunks are all busy in a trunk group. I believe that u can put a "busy indicator" on another phone too.
U can go a "list meansurements trunk today" and over on the far right side it says "ATB" for "all trunks busy".

My name is David, and I have approved this message. If u vote for me I will bankrupt the nation, take your civil rights, and allow Cat Stevens to read at your emails.

P.S. And a message to all posters,if you want to get the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244 first. Also give the type and version of your voice mail and pbx sys

Orypecos is correct. You can set up a busy-ind button on your phone and put in the TAC as the extension. When all the trunks in that group are in use the light will come on. It will also come on when all the trunks are down and out of service.

As far as reports go, use the list measurements trunk-group summary report.

You'll have to run it every hour to get a picture of the entire day, but it does tell you what percent of time during the hour you had ATB (all trunks busy).
