I have four trunks in a backup route. the 4th member has been BUSY for three hours. When I trace it in LD 80 this is what I get:
ACTIVE TN 002 0 00 03
INDIRECT MW_CALL
ORIGDN 5399 (5399 is our MESSAGE DN)
ORIG 002 0 00 03 COT RMBR 2 4
TERM NONE
TDTN 0 SLOT 16 PTY SLOT 16
DIAL DN 7000
MAIN_PM ACD AUX_PM ACD_WAITING_LO
TALKSLOT NONE
QUEU ACD
CALL ID 0 0

5399, our message DN, is a DID that should be ported over our T1. I can't tell what the above message is telling me, specifically the INDIRECT MW_CALL. Is someone calling into voicemail? any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. PS: There are eight TNs listed in my backup route, but the last four members display TRK008. I am assuming that when the T1 was put in my predecessor disco'd these last four numbers but never removed them from the PBX. Can I just go ahead and out these in LD 14? thanks again.

on an opt 11, 7000 is the default acddn for mail. if no one took it out, you stillhave a acd group 7000. the key to that trace is the acd_waiting_lo.. no answer supervision has been given, someone called xxx+7000 and are in que for a acd group that has no agents logged on, if asup was set to yes they could get a ran route, or a message from vm. I always take all unsed dn's and tn's outof the switch, in your case take out the acd 7000 or at least cfw it to a working number.. And yes with no talk slot, knock the trunk down..

John Poole, thank you again for an easy-to-understand answer. I ended up taking it out and now I'm going to look for DN 7000. thanks again.
