I have an infrequent problem with one of our analog trunk lines. I am currently using Monitor with Call Logging ticked, but while it shows the trunk group I don't see the individual Trunk ID for the outbound call.

I have tried several other Monitor combinations without success to capture the specific Trunk ID of the line in use when the trouble occurs.

Is there an option in Monitor that I can tick to see a Trunk ID?

What is the issue?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The issue is maybe 1 of 200 outbound calls goes to a number other than what was dialed. Monitor>Call Logging shows correct digits dialed and sent.

When trouble occurs it always goes to the same destination (User A and User B can dial numbers that have different keypad location but call goes to same destination). Weird.

Make traces with system status too.
This tool is very handy for these kind of issues.
When you know when it happens you just go to that time (if the time is correct ofcourse) and then you just pause it.
You can see what happens.
But always make a monitor trace too ofcourse!!!
