trace switchports

I have got an IP of cisco firewall interface IP address and need to trace to which switchport this is patched to.
The issue is that the traceroute is not complte to this IP and the last hop is not returning arp for the firewall IP. Please help me to trace the way to find this out.

sh ip arp | in x.x.x.x
go to switch
sh mac address-table address (paste mac)
shows you the switch port

macs dont lie

sh ip arp doesn't return any mac on last hop device in the traceroute against the IP of the firewall.

I am able to ping the firewall IP however not able to get output of arp. It returns blank information.

can you show arp from the firewall?

I don't have access to firewall; any way around for doing this.
