trace incoming cals

Hi everyone.
There is a command to trace incomig calls for a specific.

I have a CDN 6031, and I would like to know a way to trace it, this CDN is attached to a toll free number. every time a I dial this number I'm getting diffrente persons.
so I'm trying to find out all those dn attached to this CDN number

Hi,

You could trace incomming calls to see which agent receives the call. But if an agent is logged out, that agent will not appear on your list.

A better way to do it is to print the CDN in LD 23.

When you have printed the CDN look for the prompt: DFDN , that's the ACD Q of the agents.

After that go to LD 20 print the ACD DN. This will give you a list of all the TN's that are associated with that ACD Q.
