Hi

I was tracing a VDN today and it came up with the following:

Time Vect St Data

19:39:36 0 0 Local Call Preference=n

Any ideas?

what makes you think that's an error? that's a perfectly normal condition and only means that you have turned off (or rather didn't turn on) local agent preference for calls. nothing criminal at all.
