Easy question.
When you call an 800 number and it says press 1 to do this, or press 2 to do this, this feature is no longer working in our NEC ELITE IPK phone system. I have no idea what this function is called so I don't know what to look for in the manual.
If the programming is still good, then ill contact the PRI vendor and have them check on it.

It is called 1 key dialing but it is in the voicemail system not the key system
