Touch Tone dialing not working

Greeting one and all,

Got a 406v2 ver.4.0(5) with the Digital Station 30 v2 ver6.0(5)

Digital phones connected to the system via the DS30, don’t have the full touch tone capability. You can dial out, call connects no problem. However, if the number you called has an automated attendant, and you have to make a selection using the touch tone buttons, the tone is not sent.

The weird thing, is, that this works fine when the phones are connected to one of the digital ports on the 406.

Any ideas?

I had this on lower levels.
IS this switch running LCR Now ARS??

If so just take it out of the programming and re-test.

Also the basics is the DS Module matching Base module level etc.

Its running ARS, but I have not configured anything inthe ARS yet.

Not sure what you mean by your 2nd comment, matching levels. If you're refering to ver, then:
406v2 ver.4.0(5) with the Digital Station 30 v2 ver6.0(5)
