Totals in subreports

I'm stuck in Tbilisi, Rep. of Georgia without any of my Access documentation...help...on any number of levels!

I have a report with two subreports and I need to sum the totals of the three on the report footer. I can't seem to hit on the right expression to sum "Total Report A" & "Total Sub 1" minus "Total Sub 2."

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...particularly because this is for my wife! LOL

Hi

You make asubtotal control on each subreport, and set visible = false

then on main report it is Me.MySubREportControl1.REPORT.SubTot1 + Me.MySubREportControl1.REPORT.SubTot2...etc Regards

Thanks much...I had completely forgotten about that technique!
