HI

I have three tables tblLoan, tblMember and tblEquipment. Basically members can loan out the equipment for a duration of their choice. At the main loan menu I have tried to have a 'total' displaying how many pieces of equipment are currently on loan, so that members do not have to look through each of the equipment pieces status's in order to determine which ones are avaliable or how many are avaliable. Is this possible?

thanks for any feedback!

Craig,

Look into totals queries in the help file. Should be fairly easy to do what you need.
