I'm using Paradox 9. Is there a way to create row and column totals on crosstab report or form?

Bob,

The easiest way is to save the crosstab to a table in the private directory and then create a form or report based on that table.

I have an example of this somewhere in my archives. I'll rummage around and see if I can find it.

Hope this helps...

bob,

you could create a second xtab without the culomns or categories.
You might have to select everything first and then re move the field you do not want.

to use laces solution save the xtab via the menu: edit saveCrossTab (Paradox will ask you where and under what name to save it)
or in code:
Crosstab.action(dataSaveCrosstab)
(Paradox will save the crossTab in the :priv: under CrossTab.db)
