I am attempting to get a grand total of a Top 20 group summary. However, I am not getting the desired results. I believe it is summarizing all records, even though I am only printing the Top 20.

I am attempting to use the "While Printing Records" formula with 3 different formula fields (Initialize, Evaluate and Display) like I use when creating a manual running total, but that doesn't seem to be working either.

Are there any specifics that should be kept in mind when working with the Top N function?

Thanks,

Use a Running Total. It would ignore the suppressed sections.

Cheers,
