Total Clear takes more time in micros RES 5.4

Hi All,

Does anybody face issue while clearing sales from pos configurator in micros RES 5.4? When i click on Total Clear it starts and takes more time to clear, say like an hour. Sometime it doesnt show any pop up saying ''total clear done'', instead it get stuck or hang. So i need to close the pos configurator and restart the server. And if i do Total clear again it just happens within a minute. Please let me know if someone got such error.

you can try to clear total direct from database and run total clear procedure one by one
