Toshiba TSD FYI

Does anyone have access to the FYI Portal, or would anyone know how I would be able to get access? My small business relies heavily on our Toshiba CIX200, however I'm unable to afford to pay a tech each, and every time I need to download something. Whether it be an update for the unit, admin software, or new documents. Medical insurance costs way too much, and without that I'm paying a ton to keep myself alive, but have to work to afford to.

I was a tech for a company 5 years ago that went belly up. I've had my business for 10 years now, and have always had Toshiba phones installed throughout my building (which includes my home). However, my FYI login was removed a few months after the company went up. :-(
