Don't have much experience programming Toshiba phone systems and need to program a clients phone to Ring a certain line. Looks like the line will appear on the user's phone when people call in, but doesn't ring.
Also when the user is on the phone, the receptionist cannot announce another call to him. It just gives a busy signal. This user needs to be able to take more than 1 call at a time.
Could someone pls explain step by step how to fix this. Phone is on station 250. Thank You.
