Anyone know where I could find a 25pin male amphenol for the above system?

There are a lot of suppliers that offer 25-pair cable equipped with Amphenol, Cinch, or Amp/Tyco ribbon connectors, male or female. You might try Googling this item.

My apologies, forgot to post my location. I'm in Ireland. I have of course googled it and no returns for Ireland. Again I should have stressed my location.

Since you specify pins, could this be really 25 pins as in a D25P connector, aka DB25P with a variety of ways of making the connection.
Manufactures specify the type of connectors their equipment is designed to interface with, seldom mentioning the generic equivalent part.
You might want to look for an online catalog of connectors to get a better description. Possibly from Amphenol directly or some one of the distributors around the world that stock their product.

Ed, just so you know, a 25-pair Amphenol cable in the telco business means a 50 pin cable that's either male or female and looks like this
They come in various lengths and various ends. We usually buy them as double ended male or double ended female in 30' lengths and cut them in half...getting 2 cables for each one we buy. The other end gets terminated on a 66M1-50 block.

I chose not to participate in this discussion because I assumed the OP was looking for the type of AMP and the pinouts. IIRC a Strata 6 has T/R/D1/D2 repeated 8 times for the pinouts, but I didn't make a market in those systems so I don't know. Also, he could have had a newer CTX or CIX system....those are easier because they're just TRTRTRTRTR for 16 ports :)

Thanks for the info. From the description it sounds like the Amphenol connector used for SCSI equipment.

I never thought I'd get to use my Certificate of Technical Ability on the Strata product again. Other than some RJ- connectors on the CO cards, SMDR/DSS card and screw terminals for paging interface and MOH the only AMPHENOL connectors are the CA21-A ones that LkEErie provided on that link.
