Toshiba "Hook Flash" on DK Series

Does anyone know how to program a "FLASH" button on a DK series Toshiba telephone. My customer wants to use their 3 Way Calling / Call Transfer feature and the regular sets do not have a FLASH/RECALL key. They do not use the SPEED DIAL key so I want to reprogram that button for FLASH.

Button are setup in program 39. I don't have the code for a flash key handy though...

I did find a way to have them FLASH with CNF/TRANS #45. I wanted to program a button and label it FLASH but it looks like the programming requires that I program each one. Is there a global setting to program hte last button on all sets at one time?

I was able to get them a FLASH using CONF/TRANS and then # 45 but they hvae toll resctriction in place with the Toshiba and they ahve to press CONF/TRANS # 47 then 2222 to lift it.

They and this does not allow the flash to work. They said that they don't mind getting rid of # 47 but do you know how I can remove it with a single global setting for all telephoen sets?
