Our office has a Toshiba DK40 phone system that was installed about a year ago. We need to update the system settings as far as extensions, greetings, etc. Does anyone know if there is a passcode to enter the system setup for a Toshiba DK40 system. I know there is a universal base password for the norstar systems and wondered if there was one for the Toshiba phone systems. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like you want to change voice mail setup. If it's part of the cabinet (Contact DK or Stratagy) you need a PC connection and Toshiba software. If it's an add on voice mail, they have their own admin connection. Some you add a monitor to and some you can change through touch tones on the phone.
dk40 can program from any port
as long as it is digital
it probably has a stratagy flash or macrovoice hoooked to it
for voice mail
*#*#1*2*3 spk will get you into prog but you need to know where and what you want because the programs are not selfexplanotory there just numbers
if the vm is stratagy or macrovoice the admin box is 997 with the password of 997 then i think its option 8 to enter into admin prog let me know if this helps if you need deeper explanation let me know
