Hello i have a Toshiba CIX40 with 5 phone lines plugged into it. Everything is working fine. The lines are configured as a hunt group and rollover to each other. They all ring the office phones for 6 rings and then play the auto attendant if we don't answer. I would like to take line 6 (the last number of the group) and forward that number only directly to the auto attendant without ringing the office phones. I have access to network e-manager so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I meant a Toshiba CIX 40 with 6 phone lines not 5.

If the lines are configured as a hunt group then that is more likely to be done by your Telephone Carrier at their telephone exchange.
Can you check with them to remove one number from their hunting, then you can forward that individual number to your auto attendant directly.

Thanks for the response sbcsu. I know about calling my provider and removing the line from the hunt group, but how do I forward a line directly to the auto attendant using the CIX40? I have access to programming through Toshiba Network E-Manager. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry - that was the limit of my knowledge on that model.
I programmed previous versions but not via the Network E-Manager
I guess you are nearly there - maybe other people on here will assist
