Topic Assistant Training Problem

I installed a new SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and want to train the Topic Assistant for search. I created two areas under Home, added 10+ files to each area, and enabled Topic Assistant.

But when I clicked on “Training now” under “Use Topic Assistant”, the Training Status always displays this error:
The Topic Assistant requires sample documents from at least two categories. Try again when sample documents for more categories are available.

Gatherer Log Details shows another error:
The address could not be found, (0x80041205 - Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account in SharePoint Central Administration is correct, or follow the "Exclude and Include Content" link to add a rule to specify the proper crawling account to access this URL. )

I used SPS administrator as the default account. And even I specified the crawling account, it still didn’t work.
Any clue? Please! Thanks a lot!

Hello,

Have you added that account to the SPS_Query usergroup?
I had similar problems when I was setting up crawls and Indexes.

More question:

I have 3 Content Sources for now. All of them are default created and crawled properly. 2 are using Portal_Content Content Index, namely the portal site, the other is using Non_Portal_Content. When I run full update to them, the log files don’t have any error. I assume the Topic Assistant Training should go to the same place as Portal_Content does. But, why full update can be done, Training Now doesn’t work?
