Hi Group,
I applied IY40500 to APAR for Sendmail. I noticed that topas % is not displaying as it should. Here is what it looks like. I thought that just applying the APAR would allow me to test on my production system beings I do not have a test environment. Any help would be appreciated.

dtterm (29914) INF% PgSp: 1.1mb oracle % Free 99.3
ksh (27476) INF% PgSp: 0.3mb murrayb
dtgreet (27036) INF% PgSp: 1.2mb root
dtterm (26592) INF% PgSp: 1.1mb oracle
sleep (26358) NaNQ% PgSp: 0.1mb bb
Here are the APAR's I applied. I only installed the patches I thought I needed. There were no more prerequsites
after I installed the APAR.

You didn't say which AIX version you use.

I had big topas-problems after installing maintenance level 3 for AIX 5.1.

Some values were not shown and topas used a lot of CPU.

After installing some bos.perf.*-filesets the problems were solved.

I just searched for topas within the IBM downloadarea.
I think bos.perf.tools 5.1.0.37 did it.

hi,
what maintenance level have you got installed ?
?
did you do a reboot after the patch was installed ?

Yeh that might be important . Sorry.
We are on AIX 4.3.3 ML 8 on this system.
I will try rebooting to see if it does anything.
thanks

umm, if you installed through smit, did it say anything about bosboot verification? if so, you need to rerun bos boot on all boot disks and reboot to fix. Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
