Hi

CR Version - 9 & 11

I am creating a cross-tab table in my report and the table contains the following fields

Product Description
Symptom
Product ID

What I want is to shaw the top nth term (1) of the symptom but when the top nth term (1) equals "OTHER" i want it to display the next one.

How Can I Do this

Kind Regards

Stephen

How is your crosstab set up? What is the summary? You could set up a formula like:

if {table.symptom} <> "Other" then 1 //or {table.amt}

Then use a sum of this formula as your summary. Then apply the group sort to the cross tab.
