Tools bar disabled, how can I enable it? Please help 1

Good morning, I have a big problem!!. I have lost the tool bar in my Business Object application console, but I don´t find where enable it again.

Please, could someone help me? I need enable this option.

if you mean BO reporter go to View > Toolbars....

Sorry, what I meant is that the main tool bar is lost. Only appears the BO report. I can´t go to any option
 
Sorry, F11 key doesnt work.
Menu bar ( archive, edition....) is lost
 
try this.
1. Login to Business Objects Full client.
2. When it is open, Press Alt +F11 to activate the VBA Window.
3. Press CTRL + G for the "Immediate Window" if it is not already open.
4. Type the following line into the "Immediate Window":

application.cmdbars.activemenubar.visible = true
5. Click Enter.

This should resolve the issue and bring back the Menu bars
