Toolbar with zoom Option

Can someone help me find a toolbar with a zoom option that doesn't change when a new page is loaded.

I have a dell laptop (inspiron 8100) with a res of 1400/1050 pixel. The viewangle is terrible.
A zoom option would make it a lot nicer to work with.

Have you tried the zoom in "Accessibility"?

sorry for forgetting to mention that i want the toolbar to be use with Internet explorer.

I would like to have a locking option for the zoom capability.

I think that many people would like this option.

Using ctrl down and scrolling the mouse wheel seems to work.
