Tone on 4620 buttons 1

Does anybody know where I can disable the tones I hear when pushing a button on a 4620 IP Phone ?

Did any of you guys find out how this can be done as I have the same problem its those tones are so annoying

I just had an answer from Avaya :

It can't be done.
The "problem" has been escalated to the labs, but there will probably be no corrected firmware before months (or even years...)

There was a bug in in FW 2.2, the volume of the key clicks did not change with the ring volume settings. This was corrected in FW 2.2.3, with this release, at least the volume of the tone can be decreased when the ringing volume is turned down
