Tone Before Coverage to VM

Does anyone know how to remove the tone before a call is directed to VM? I just did a new install and this was the biggest complaint that I received...

S8500 CM 2.1. MM 2.0

Is it the tone hear from the caller sides like "do~~"? you can change it using "change tone-generation" command field Base Tone Generator Set: to other country like 19 or whatever you want.
