tombstone lifetime exceeded

Just noticed a time difference between 2DCs one running windows server 2003r2 and the other 2008 standard edition but fixed the time but now having issues with replication and the message is "AD cannot replicate with this server because the life time since the last replication has exceeded the tombstone life time "
Any tool to fix this problem

Microsoft diagnostic tool solved the problem because all available resources on the web could not solve the problem so issue resolved.
