Is there an easier way to do toll restriction other than Custom Context?

On the web interface for the extension, you can scroll down to call restrictions and set to restrict long distance dialing...

Thanks, but that will only show you what has been defined in Custom Contexts. I believe the toll restriction choice that you can select is a default one which is hardly adequate for most places.
