Hi guys,
Maybe 5 or 6 years ago I had a telephone number that was used to find out the RespOrg of a toll free number. The past 2 years every carrier Acct.Rep has looked at me like I have five heads when I ask about it.
It seems no one has ever heard of this unless they were an PBX administrator at least 5 years ago.
Do any of you guys remember this and more importantly have the number or similar lookup...THAT'S FREE!
(At the time Qwest was my LD carrier so I'm not sure if it was connected to their database lookup capabilities of not. But that would seem far fetch unless they downloaded the SMS800 database monthly and then hat CTI lookup behind IVR
My boss says he remembers as well and did not have Qwest.)
