I have a customer that is experiencing toll fraud from a dial-around service. Basically, the perp. dials an 1800 number, than an international number to get around ARS/ COR. The 1800 number changes constantly, so it is not possible to restrict a specific number. I was able to find the following information but do not know how to apply to the Definity:

Service is denied to large business with PBX system with info digit of (20). In other words the network denies access to all PBX that are configured correctly with info digit (20). You should get the message "You are not authorized to use the service" when calling from a PBX.

Does anybody know how to present this info digit? Thanks

On the first page of the system parameters features, their is a place that has trunk to trunk transfers? Set it to NONE. This will keep them from dialing in and out on them. I would also have Avaya security do a secuity checkup on their system and they will make recommendations to them.

Like mikey say make sure trunk to trunk transfer is disabled.
If this is coming from inside, by using cdr data they can find which extension it is coming from and take action.

What 800 numbers are they dialing. Are these 800 numbers that allow billback?
