Toll Fraud

Have a customer with the MICS 7.0 , recently they switched to a Sprint PRI Circuit. 1 week after circuit was up they received notification from sprint that several numbers were called to various countries (eg. Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Morocco, India, Cuba, Cameroon )

Upon getting this news I set up SMDR collecting, after 1 week of reports I cannot find any internal DN that dialed any of those numbers, (however they may not have dialed anymore also)

My question is has anybody heard of people getting access to these PRI's from the outside and calling overseas ??

Unless they make a call from the switch (now that smdr is on) then my hands are tied.

Any input on this would be great...

Alot of fruad is completed through the Voicemail, does this system utilize VM?

Yes it does and unfortunately the voice mail ports were NOT restricted at the time, they are now, however no boxes had outgoing allowed.

Another thing to add is if you do not use 1010 codes then let your carrier know that and they can block them.
